Protein-Packed Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge


¼ cup + 1 TBSP Coconut oil

¼ cup all-natural peanut butter

¼ JayLab Pro Chocolate Protein Powder

2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tsp maple syrup

1. Place peanut butter and coconut oil into a microwave safe dish and place in the microwave. Melt peanut butter and coconut oil for 15-20 seconds.

2. Add cocoa powder and stir to combine. Then add protein powder and maple syrup and stir to combine.

3. Quickly add to mini muffin tin and place in freezer until hard.

4. Serve drizzled with peanut butter.
