Today you’re going to take control and direct your subconscious mind. In the first lesson (Day 1) you learned the importance of getting focused and why it’s important to know what you want. 
Hopefully, you thought about what you really want because in the next few days you’re going to get your subconscious to bring you what you want.
 
Today we’re going to give you the 2 steps you need to take, to direct your subconscious mind so it brings you what you want.
 
Your subconscious is your partner; it can bring you what you want when you want. Your subconscious is always at work, always creating your life. Like a good servant, it simply follows your instructions. Those instructions are your thoughts and beliefs.
 
What you regularly think and believe is what your subconscious simply creates. It doesn’t decide what is good or bad for you. It doesn’t decide what you should and should not do. That’s something only you can decide.
 
Your subconscious simply follows your thoughts and beliefs. If you have negative thoughts and negative beliefs you’ll end up having a negative life. You’ll struggle more, your relationships will be difficult, you won’t make as much money as you want, and you simply won’t be happy. You may want something but if your thoughts and beliefs don’t allow you to have what you want, then you’ll just struggle and fail.
 
Here’s an example:
You want to make more money. But you think that it’s hard to make more money. You may have seen your parents struggle to make money and so you now think and believe that it’s hard to make money.
Or maybe you think and believe that you can’t make more money, or that money is the root of all evil (we’ve all heard that one before).
 
Over time these negative thoughts and negative beliefs about money are planted in your subconscious mind. Your subconscious just follows them and creates your life based on these thoughts and beliefs.
So while you want to make more money, your subconscious is following your negative thoughts and negative beliefs about money. Your subconscious will just make it harder and harder for you to make more money because that’s what you think and believe.
 
As you continue to hold on to these negative thoughts and negative beliefs about money, you’ll continue to struggle more, you’ll take on more debt and it will just get harder and harder to make and have more money. Your life is a mirror of your thoughts and beliefs.
 
If your relationships are struggling then you have negative thoughts and negative beliefs about relationships. You might think and believe that it’s hard to meet the right person, so you just keep meeting the wrong kind of people and get into the wrong relationships. It gets harder and harder to meet the right person – because you think and believe that it’s hard to meet the right person.
 
If you can’t find the right job, take a look at your thoughts and beliefs. You might think and believe that it’s hard to get the right job, or that there are no good jobs. Your subconscious picks up on these thoughts and beliefs and just makes it harder for you get the right job.
 
If you’re not happy with life, if you’re not making as much money as you want, if you’re not in the right relationship, if you’re can’t find the right job, if your business is struggling, if you’re overweight or out of shape, then you’ve got negative thoughts and beliefs that are working against you. You have your subconscious mind creating what you don’t want.

So what do you do?
Change the instructions that you give your subconscious mind. Give your subconscious new thoughts and new beliefs. So that it brings you what you want and not what you don’t want.
Think about what you want, what you really want. Stay focused and apply what you learned in LESSON 1/DAY 1.
 
Once you know what you want, track your thoughts and uncover what you really think and believe about what you want. Find out what negative thoughts and negative beliefs are holding you back. Then replace them and give yourself new thoughts and new beliefs. Do this for any area of your life that you’re not happy with. I guarantee you’ll uncover a number of negative thoughts and negative beliefs.
Once you remove and replace those negative thoughts and negative beliefs, you’ll get your subconscious working for you.
 
You’ll give your subconscious new directions and new instructions. Once your subconscious picks up on those new instructions, once it accepts those new thoughts and new beliefs you’ll see a complete turnaround. You’ll get what you want and you’ll keep getting what you want. So work with these 2 steps to direct your subconscious mind:
 
Step 1: Take control of your thoughts. Recognize and remove the negative thoughts.
Step 2: Change your beliefs. Track your beliefs and change them. There are some exercises later to help you with this.
 
Tomorrow (DAY 3) Kevin and I will show you how to banish those negative thoughts for good – it’s an important lesson so make sure you come back.
 
Also, remember to be patient. In getting your subconscious to accept new directions and new instructions, you have to establish new habits which takes time.
